defence news, amarnath yatris attacked

The number of wounded are uncertain, but it is being said that about a dozen yatris are severely wounded. The bus was going from Baltal to mirbazar and was filled with Amarnath Yatris. The Jammy Srinagar highway has been bought to a stop in order to take control of the situation. A search is being conducted of the vehicles on the highway. Amarnath hospital is reportedly taking in the wounded as this is being written. The forces are taking stock of the situation and securing the Amarnath pilgrims.

Looks like a desperate Pakistan and it’s coward force of terrorists have taken a deep shock from recent Army action as 99 militants have been killed in 2017 and has picked a soft target in form of the Pilgrims in Amarnath.

Some news agencies are quoting it as a generic attack. Director General, Jammu and Kashmir Police, Munir Khan said that the attackers targeted the police and not the pilgrims. It is a tough nut to swallow. However considering the visibility of the Yatra, it is clear that  terrorists have made Hindu devotees as the primary target. Its time to call the bluff, while minority attacks are amplified in the news, Majority Hindus suffer in our own country. It’s time to pull the trigger and put and end to terrorism and it’s masters along with supporters. India should let it’s soldiers loose and tame the rouge forces before they increase their atrocities any further.
